Returns & Refund Policy

Because our oyster card holders are printed to our customers requirements and thus are bespoke in nature. These are considered personalised goods and therefore are non-returnable.

However if any of the items have been damaged in transit, or if a print error has occured that has been deemed to be our fault. We will offer a re-print to replace these items or offer a refund.

Please note for any returns to be agreed we require photo evidence to access the claim before returning the items to us. This should be done within 7 days of receiving the items.
